| Saving water not only makes good environmental sense it also makes good commercial sense. Case studies of hotels have shown that they can make savings of over 50% in water usage by installing simple water saving devices. On top of this DEFRA actively incentivise businesses to save water. The Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) Scheme, run by DEFRA, enables businesses to claim 100% first year capital allowances on investments in technologies and products that encourage sustainable water use.
